What is your return policy?

Since most of our products are personalized and made to order, we typically do not offer returns or exchanges for size or design unless the item you receive is damaged. However, we are committed to providing a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, so please reach out if there’s an issue with your order!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available for orders where the wrong item was receivedor the product arrived damaged. If this applies to your order, please reach out to us at info@thegardenfinds.com with photos of the incorrect or damaged item, and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

We process all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Since each sign is custom-made, our designer begins working on your personalized piece right away and sends the file to our production team. Once the production process has started, we are unable to cancel the order.

As a small, garden-loving team, we truly appreciate your understanding. Because our metal garden signs are made just for you, we can’t resell them if canceled. Thank you for supporting our small business and helping us bring more beauty to outdoor spaces!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges, as each sign is uniquely crafted to fit your garden space. If you’re unsure about which size will work best, we recommend checking our size guide in the product description.

However, if you happen to receive a mislabeled or incorrect sign, please reach out to us at info@thegardenfinds.com within a week of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll happily send a replacement or offer a refund.
